Its too early to say if this Asia Cup would be a low scoring affair, i.e 1st batting score <150.
In last T20World Cup(big tournament comparison) that was played in U.A.E -the first four matches had low scores, and teams chased them comfortably!.
However as the tournament progressed teams started losing less wickets and started posting 150+scores (58.62), 170+(35.00%) regularly, but success rate(67%) remained same for teams batting second, i.e high!.
In that World Cup three Asian teams(India, Pakistan and Afghanistan) had excellent opening stand in the tournament. They did well with both bat and bowl.
