A look at partnerships in Spring Challenge T20 series this season.
Apart from batting i have summarised bowling partnerships aswell, and here i dont mean by bowling pairs, but reverse of batting partnerships. i.e Bowling teams conceding for each wicket across these indices.
For this analysis i have used my regular indices
Batting :- Avg , run-rate, boundary rate (4/6s), % 2 Cons. Scoring shots , % 6+ (>6 R/O ) , 10+(>10+R/O) and 20s, here it means how many times 20+ runs were posted for each wicket.
Bowling: Avg, R/o, B/W, % 2 Cons. dot balls, L 5 (<5 R/O), C 5, (Consecutive overs that went for <5 r/o) , Lucky breaker and Lucky. The last two are fairly new indices.
Here is the meaning of them
Lucky – wicket (all type) falling in 1st over of new spell
Lucky Breaker : a partnerships that posted 20+ runs (all type)and was broken in 1st over new spell.
Note – in Eco overs like 6+, 10+, L 5 , and C5 one might see stats more than 100%. This is due to last over of an inning that had only 5 balls due to losing all wickets. I used those overs in calcuation for C5, L 5 , but NOT FOR MAIDEN OR CONSECUTIVE ONES!
