L 3 (%): Bowler or a Fielding Team conceding 3 or less runs/over.
A bowler conceding 3 or less runs per over, is considered as an excellent economical bowler. If one can find how constant he concedes less than 3 runs, and sum them up, then we will able to establish how discipline he has been. Like other indicators, this also can be applied to Team Performance.
