A brief stats analysis of BBL 2024-25 at the end of 10th match. The data below is sum of all matches played by eight teams.
I am particularly interested in spending time at the crease by batsmen across batting order. To compliment I have added couple of indices that shows their contribution in terms of partnerships runs.
The Partnerships -
So far the opening stand has not been able to post decent stand . In 20 completed innings only thrice 25+runs were posted, and nine times the stand failed to reach more than 10 runs!.
Factor that helps win matches
Apart from primary indices the margin between win/loss is very less. The stand-out being L 4 stats, i.e teams that win matches have less overs that goes for <4 runs,
