A look at how Test matches has progressed since WC 2015. Australia play in New Zealand for a short 2-Test series. This would be the 17th Test series and 45th Test match to be played since last April.
Performance wise 84 centuries has been scored by batsmen, and bowlers have picked 44 five wickets haul and 4 ten wicket haul during this period.
In below graphic I have compared batting average against ratio balls per wicket. Interestingly only few times(4) the batting average went below 30, but seven times ratio of balls/wkts was below 60, suggesting scoring runs and picking wickets has become easier!.
