Here is statistical analysis of IPL 2020 which is  followed by brief win summary of 2019.

As we know  T20 format is for experienced players, and with time one gains experience.   In this IPL(2020) we saw few youngsters who performed exceptionally well as tournament progressed. They gained experience from their failure and played much better cricket.

The most notable player was Ishan Kishan whose first match performance had emotional reflection. Although scored 99 but it was a lost cause for Mumbai Indians – they lost that match in Super Over. One can clearly his emotion in dugout, as he upset and emotionally drained. However since that match Kishan should greater maturity, and when asked to open the batting (in absence of injured Rohit Sharma) he was playing natural game.

However consistent good performance comes with age and experience. As we saw players like K Rahul, Manish Pandey, Suryakumar Yadav, Sanju Samson, Pat Cummins, Trent Boult, Rashid Khan, T Natarajan, Bumrah, Williamson, Holder, Saha, Rayudu, S Dhawan, Gayle, Du Plessis, Jadeja

Then there are players like Paddikal, Samad, Siraj, C Morris, Ferguson, Varun,  and Gaikwad, who when given opportunity(matches played) and time(batting position/bowling position) they would perform better.

Below are two gfx related analysis based on age factor. For batsmen its minimum 100 runs and for bowlers its minimum 10 wickets to be included in this analysis
