A script should be written like a computer program than you would have film with an air-tight story & screenplay leading to a good a film!.
A program has many languages, very similar to various culture we see on this planet. The purpose of script is to create a set of commands/instructions for actors to use while performing in front of a camera.
Story telling is an art, irrespective how corny the story maybe, or how lame or how cliché it might sound. The screenplay is sketched when the script is totally ready, and this allows the director to visualize the whole film. Then the director with his vision makes a film. The film is complete with the help of his producer, actors, music, sound, lights and photographer, they all play a secondary role.
