I found out…FEAR is not real, it only exists in our thought of a future. Fear is a choice, a product of our own imagination causing us to FEAR things that do not exist and may never happen. Nevertheless DANGER is very much real.
Last week facing bowling machine with max speed of 125kmph(77.5mph) using soft tennis balls @nearby mall. First time holding a bat since fractured my finger(was priviledge to get hit by one of the fastest bowler India produced in recent times), was very easy!. After initial FEAR of getting hurt, realized there was no danger, and it was not possible to get injured facing a tennis ball. Now cautiously would like to move along and get back to playing regular cricket and other sports 🙂

Facing a bowling machine: its a simulation to fine tune skills and confidence and Ls (length/line)are predictable.
About FEAR : I know its not a lie, but hope its not misleading. My perception of FEAR
